Allowing for the most severe and varied conditions encountered in service, Disola M has been specially designed to ensure perfect reliability and uninterrupted engine operation. Disola M is designed for lubrication of main propulsion engines, as well as auxiliary or generator engines.

Disola M has been developed for lubrication of medium and high-speed engines running on distillate fuels or marine diesel oils.
Disola M can be also be used in geared transmissions, turbo-chargers, variable pitch propellers or stern tubes. It can also provide good lubrication for a variety of deck machinery or where an application requires SAE 30 or SAE 40 viscosity engine lubricant.
Disola M: Main features benefits
Thermal stability: Resists the adverse effects of high temperature and maintains lubrication performance.
Anti-oxidation: Resists oxidation attack, thereby avoiding the formation of lacquers, deposits and oil degradation.
Base number: Prevents corrosive wear by rapidly neutralizing the products formed during combustion.
Detergency: Keeps the hot parts of the engine clean. Reduces build-up of deposits on piston lands and grooves and also on piston under crowns.
Dispensancy: Keeps the cold parts of the engine clean. Reduces build-up of deposits in the crankcase, rocker area and camshaft box.
Extreme pressure and anti-wear: Maintains an oil film, even at high pressure. Reduces engine component wear.
Demulsibility and filterability: Guarantees easy elimination of salt or fresh water contamination. Facilitates easily filtration and elimination of contaminants.
Anti corrosion: Protects and maintains engine parts in good condition, leading to long engine life.

Disola M has been undergone extensive in-house laboratory and engine tests, and a full set of in-service trials to prove its superior performance.
Disola M has been approved by all major diesel engine manufacturers after extensive field tests.
Disola M exceeds the requirement of API Service CF classification.
Available range
Disola M 3015 and Disola M 4015 are currently available for lubrication of engines running on distillate fuel oil or marine diesel oil containing preferably less than 1.5% sulphur (ISO 8217 type DMX and DMA).
Disola M 3020 and Disola M 4020 are available for lubrication of engines running on distillate fuel or marine diesel oil containing up to 2% sulphur (ISO 8217 type DMB and DMC).
Disola M 3012 and Disola M 4012 can be used in certain conditions, when the engine is always running on distillate fuels with suophur below 1% (ISO 8217 type DMX).
Disola M 5015 SAE 50 lubricant is available for special applications.
